- Analyzed and participated in the end-to-end process to follow-up the financial KPI’s of all strategic projects within BNP Paribas Fortis (over 300 projects)
- Set up a Project Initiation Document (PID) to improve the dataroom based on personal analysis
- Led medium-sized projects as Project Manager
- Steered the interactions with other departments (e.g. Cost Accounting, PMO, IT) and businesses (e.g. PMOs of retail)
