A core faculty member at the Circling Institute in Berkeley, California, Korenna Barto Reynard is a facilitator of social and emotional growth through in-person and online workshops geared toward authentic communications and relationships. Prior to joining the faculty in 2016, Korenna Barto Reynard served for eight years as a couples and individuals life coach with First Kiss Through First Kid. There she helped clients deal with complex parenting challenges and build communication and relationship skills. During the same time, she worked as a program designer responsible for creating engaging educational multimedia programs for consumption in the digital market.
Throughout her career, Korenna Reynard has also provided consultation and training services through Attachment Parenting International, Lott & Nelson's Positive Discipline Approach, and Nonviolent Communication International. She holds a master's degree in community agency counseling from Cleveland State University and a bachelor's degree in psychology from John Carroll University, where she was a regular participant in campus ministry and residency life programs. In her spare time, Ms. Reynard enjoys hiking as well as practicing yoga and meditation.
