Koollos Phillips is a Southern California entrepreneur who owns properties spanning Texas, Indiana, and Georgia. Among Koollos Phillips’ business ventures is part ownership in the Indiana company Tonnies Trolley, which partners with a number of local pub crawls in arranging events.
Mr. Phillips also has five years of experience with a Long Beach tax accountancy managing all aspects of office operations while ensuring high quality, confidential client services. Also part owner of a small Los Angeles trucking enterprise, he is currently planning to invest in federally funded veterans’ housing programs, as well as those that meet the needs of children and adult victims of domestic and drug abuse.
Mr. Phillips is an avid R&B music fan who enjoys traveling to Las Vegas to take in old school acts that are on tour. His background in music extends to the mid 1990s, when he co-owned the label Whey Owwt Records. Among Koollos Phillips’ signed artists was Angelica, who was featured on the BET network program Midnight Love.
