Koben Miceli's diverse professional background includes acquisitions and divestitures, operations and factory management, supply chain and procurement, international ventures, outside sales, and globalization strategy development. Since 1995, Miceli has served in a number of industries, including the pharmaceutical, automotive, and aerospace industries.
After graduating with a Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University, Koben Miceli began his career serving as Operations Analyst to Partners Healthcare System. Prior to earning his Master of Science in Information Technology from Johns Hopkins University in 2001, he also served companies such as Avery Dennison, Black & Decker, and KPMG Consulting LLC, holding various managerial positions. He then joined the Stanley Works company in 2002 as Global Supply Chain Manager, where he developed and managed sales and operations, gaining product launching experience with premier brands such as Wal-Mart, Lowe’s, and Home Depot.
In 2004, Koben Miceli joined Honeywell. He initially served as Supply Chain Process Leader before becoming Plant Manager in 2005. With Honeywell, Miceli held several more leadership positions, including Senior Director of Globalization Strategy and Senior Director of Materials Management. Throughout his tenure with Honeywell, Koben Miceli was instrumental in a variety of revolutionary corporate initiatives, including managing projects throughout Europe, directing recovery sales strategies that brought revenue up to $80 million, and developing mechanical manufacturing strategies that paved the way for the company's largest globalization project to date.
Presently, Koben Miceli serves as a General Manager for Catalent, a pharmaceutical and biotechnology products company, overseeing a pharmaceutical packaging facility with 560 employees and an annual revenue of $90 million. Charged with overall business recovery, Miceli recently led initiatives focused on rebuilding confidence with the company's customer base as well as improving quality, cost, safety, and efficiency of delivery. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, running, and traveling.
