A graduate of Hampton University in Virginia, Kirbi Isaac received a bachelor of science in business administration with a concentration in marketing and was named to the Dean’s list all four years. In addition to holding membership with Golden Key International Honour Society and the Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society, Kirbi Isaac was a member of the Blue Thunder Cheerleading Squad and spent several years as a team leader for the university’s Leadership Application Program.
During her undergraduate studies, Ms. Isaac completed two ten-week-long summer internships with Aldi, Inc., training under a store manager where she learned about inventory management, payroll, hiring, and staff development. After graduation, Kirbi Isaac accepted a full-time position as district manager with Aldi Inc., responsible for the oversight of various supermarkets in the South Jersey area. Since joining the company in 2011, she has helped implement procedures that have improved the district’s productivity by 30 to 50 points. Additionally, she has helped shift store culture through the adoption of new staff training policies. When she is not working, Ms. Isaac enjoys singing karaoke and reading fiction.
