- HyperIn is an SME that transforms retail real esate through a management
platform which is integrated into their consumer channels. My role as an
Operations Specialist included coordinating service delivery projects such as
web sites and management platforms, answering questions and solving issues
for customers, building web sites in customer delivery prjects and writing and
updating documentation for internal and external use. One of my key learnings
from this job was the importance of communication especially when problems
arose, and proactively dealing with issues. This was especially important when
working with limited resources as a delay in one project always affected other
projects as well
