In this capacity, he acquired such companies as International Supplies and Construction, which he had previously led as CEO and president. Having founded the company in 2004 to support U.S. Department of Defense operations in the Middle East, he grew it into a preferred government supplier.
Mr. Griffin earlier operated in the Middle East as a buyer for Kellogg Brown & Root Services, providing procurement services to the LOGCAP III project in Baghdad, Iraq. He also served as a procurement and contracting manager for the U.S. Marine Corps, in which position he oversaw supply chain activity in Iraq and Afghanistan.
