In charge of the French and English speaking customers (mainly USA, UK, Benelux, and Germany) complementary to the other distribution and selling points of Maisons du Monde based in the Headquarters in Vertou.
I was part of the Team that launched the Online Sales department of the company, with the following missions :
Call taker, order input, assistance and customer advise
Customer Relationship Management
Email, Chat and Community Management (social media pages)
Prospection
Export and shipment logistics follow up, financial actions.
