  • I was involved in Projects within the Customer Service and Logistics dept., such as e-Pac which is an internal collaborative platform built to centralize documentation, processes, events and other useful information to share between Health Systems departments and Field Teams.
  • Consulting mission with the objective to increase the online visibility of the French start up 'La Centrale IT'.

    I worked on the strategic and operational parts such as :

    • Creation of an SEM Strategy
    • Redesign the Blog
    • Creation of an Emailing Strategy and proposition of Emailing solutions

  • Professional Practice in my 1st year of International Trade Degree, in Tiruppur (India) where I worked as a Manager/Team Leader in one of the factories of the company Admiral Fashion Pvt Ltd, in charge of a team 33 workers. I signed 4 new European customers, monitored the production and productivity level and ensured the quality checks and shipment of the goods. Led to a 40% turnover increased the year 2011.

    During this practice I had to complete the following tasks :

    • Identification and selection actual and potential markets for the company.
    • Prospection of new clients and suppliers.
    • Rebuilt of the communication strategy.
    • Management of the existing clients and networks.
    • Management of the factory and workers and control of the site production.
    • Inspection and control of the company partners' production.

    It was a completely rewarding experience for me, I had the chance to put into practice my knowledge in Management, in Business Negotiation and Communication. I even learned to speak the basics of Tamil and had the freedom to decide on a strategy for the company development and relations with Europe.
    I proved as well a great capacity to adapt myself in this country and managed to express my ideas over meetings in this intercultural context.
