A consultant with Kedrion Biopharma in Fort Lee, New Jersey, Kenneth Olsen holds a juris doctor from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C., and a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering and physics from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, Massachusetts. He entered the pharmaceuticals industry as an engineering intern with Merck and began practicing law with a focus on FDA counseling and litigation. Over his more than two decades with Johnson & Johnson (J&J), Kenneth Olsen earned Six Sigma Green Belt certification and ultimately established and managed the J&J Commercial Programs Law Group. In recent years, he has served as deputy general counsel with BioMarin Pharmaceutical and global associate general counsel with the Olympus Corporation.
When he isn’t working, Mr. Olsen is a competitive boat racer and an aficionado of motorcycles and classic cars. He also trains as a marathon runner and triathlete who has completed an Ironman Triathlon, among other endurance events.
