As Amway’s vice president of global talent development, Kee Meng Yeo directs a host of functions, from leadership development to succession planning. He also handles new hires and learning and development capacities. Kee Meng Yeo oversees the globally networked company’s Learning Center and Career Resources Center and is responsible for issues such as employee mobility, inclusion, and diversity.

Mr. Yeo also leads the Global Employee Opinion Survey, which helps Amway define its strategy for personnel in diverse regions. His other leadership responsibilities include advisory board positions with Training Industry Magazine, WebCampus, and the Maine School of Business.

Prior to taking his position with Amway, Mr. Yeo was based in New Jersey as a Johnson & Johnson director. He was tasked with working with business leaders in creating learning modules from available information. These tools benefitted professionals throughout the organization. Overseeing a $2 million budget, he launched a curriculum that extended to more than 10,000 elearning training offerings. Over the years, Mr. Yeo has presented at a number of human resources and talent development conferences on management and learning topics.
