I am passionate about the intersection between public sector issues, business and globalization. After completion of my Masters degree, I plan to work in a dynamic workplace helping to address strategic issues faced by companies across the world.
My upbringing swept me between cities, countries and cultures awakening in me a passion for travel and an interest in all things international. To this day, I have lived in 15 cities in 8 countries, and have taken university courses in five. This collage of experiences has helped me to develop into the global-minded yet independent, flexible and ever-curious individual I am today.
Developed training material and redesigned process to successfully onboard educational administrators to online platform enabling scalability and future growth.
Contributed to User Interface (and UX) as part of agile software development process through platform testing from different perspectives; reported bugs and increased website/app usability through reducing number of clicks.
Conceptualized new business opportunity; designed comprehensive survey and interviewed over 20 alumni to map out user pain points and potential solutions; developed proof of concept and built skeleton for new program
