Some of my responsibilities, among others, at BioAsia Group are:
Monitoring of labs work and/or conditions to assure that SOP and all other quality standards are followed at each and every step; including isolation, storage, strain management, subculture production, liquid fermentation, mass production, final product packaging etc.
Collection, Isolation, Culture Production, Identification and Storage of Entomogenous Fungi (Entomopathogen) particularly Cordyceps spp, also known as Caterpillar Fungus or Dong Chong Xia Cao (冬虫夏草).
Strain Library Management of Isaria cicadae, also known as Vegetable Cicadae or Jin Chan hua (金蝉花)
Training of the local extension staff and farmers using different approaches such as Farmer Field Schools and Plant Clinics in order to strengthen the local agriculture extension system as well as to enhance the livelihood opportunities of local community.
