Organisation and coordination of international oncology congresses: ASCO, Post ASCO, ESMO (+23000 participants)
On site management of logistic agencies, briefing of the providers, knowledge of every single roles
Symposium organisation (600 seats): management of the KOLs for the symposia, (contracts, accommodation, DMOS, travel) and coordination of graphic realisation: rollup, flyers, posters, ... Ensure legal follow-up
Stands : follow up of conception in timeline manner with the standist, marketing team, medical team, on site coordination
