Conducts operational reviews and evaluations including assisting the franchisees in identifying business opportunities and finding solutions to sales and cost controls.
Communicate changes in the Company’s specifications and procedures
Interpreting information from reporting systems and utilizing the data to coach operational standards
Utilizing reporting systems to resolve trends in sales and cost of goods
Oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
Analyze district results monthly and present to operations’ teams
Extensive travel to train and work with the assigned stores within operations district

Responsible for the overall growth and development of accounts in the company.
