I was managing an application portfolio helping our clients to address their messaging and voice infrastructure evolution to an all IP environment, my missions were the following:
Define and execute the strategy to enable digital transformation -> Agile and UX driven roadmap.
Lead a team of 50 persons, including product Manager, architect and developers
Management of the P&L of the activity -> by refocusing team in growth relay and customer priorities profitability has improved by 10%
Development and acquisition of key accounts (Verizon, ATT, Vodafone, Orange, Sprint, Telefonica and SFR) to secure and diversify income -> Revenue increase from 11 to 18M$ over 3 years
Within the application division, I evolved from a presales engineer to a position of product manager to support sales and then lead the strategy of instant communication services (text and voice).
Defining product requirement/specification in collaboration with R&D and manage project milestones.
Development of marketing/sales material (customer presentation, training, price list,... ) for pre-sales and tendering teams.
Visit and collaboration with the various prospects to evaluate prototypes and adjust plans when required
Management of cross-functional team to develop new references -> 3 new logo acquisition (Sprint, CableVision and Oi brasil)
As a pre-sales consultant, covering APAC, my role was to Support the APAC sales team when responding to tenders and prepare bid defence and technical workshop.
