Karen Auer has spent over 20 years building a career as an accounting professional. Based on Long Island, New York, she entered her field after completing a BA in accounting and information systems at Queens College, a part of the City University of New York. Karen Auer subsequently accepted her first position as a senior accountant and, in the time since, has risen through the ranks of her profession, most recently serving as principal of an accounting firm.
Over the course of her career, Karen Auer has offered accounting services to individual and corporate clients. She has developed particular expertise in working with labor unions and nonprofit organizations, helping these groups with audits and government and financial reporting. Her expertise also extends to Taft-Hartley multi-employer benefit plans.
