With more than a decade of litigation experience, Kamran A. Khawar has transitioned from a legal career and now leads an innovative technology firm as President and General Counsel. He directed initial efforts in capital creation and managed teams that developed products in the entertainment and interactive content sectors for business and consumer markets. Kamran A. Khawar and his team have a broad knowledge base in areas in information and database architecture, usability, and user interface design.
As General Counsel, he manages all operational and legal matters, including formulating and implementing corporate policies and procedures, facilitating investor and capital raising initiatives, and advising the executive and business teams on legal issues impacting business operations. In this role, heI negotiates, drafts and executes a wide variety of commercial contracts, including corporate and shareholder agreements, marketing and content license agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and other general business contracts both domestically and internationally.
A graduate of the University of California, San Diego, Kamran Khawar completed undergraduate degrees in psychology and philosophy. He subsequently pursued a law degree at the University of San Diego School of Law.
