An experienced litigator with the Los Angeles-based law firm Buchalter, P.C., Kalley Aman represents employers in litigation involving claims of wrongful termination, sexual harassment, employment discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour violations, trade secret misappropriation, and unfair competition. Kalley Aman is a member of both the Labor & Employment and Litigation Practice Groups and serves as co-chair of the firm's Hospitality, Restaurant, Food and Beverage Practice Group. Kalley Aman practices in state and federal courts around the country and before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the United States Department of Labor.
Kalley Aman holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Master of Science in Political Theory and International Law from Portland State University and a juris doctor from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College. Selected as a Southern California Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2006 to 2008 and again in 2010, she has published articles on topics such as as sexual harassment and social media in the workplace. In her free time, she enjoys politics and current events, running, dogs, and traveling.
