  • Coordinate with the busperson, kitchen staff, bar staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction
  • Prepare letters of confirmation
  • Process reservations by mail, telephone, fax or central reservation systems
  • Process reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents
  • Creat and maintain reservation records by date of arrival and alphabetical listing
  • Process cancellations and modifications and promptly relay this information to the front desk
