A graduate of Kent State University, Justin Demming currently balances a busy career as the owner and founder of a charter jet company with a commitment to philanthropic initiatives. Among other groups, he gives back to the community through his work with the Perry Thomas Demming Foundation, a nonprofit group that Justin Demming and his brother founded in honor of their father. The organization conducts a range of events throughout the year, and most recently hosted a fly-fishing event in Cleveland to support disabled military veterans.
When it comes to his professional life, Justin Demming began his career in the sales field with Automatic Data Processing (ADP) in Independence, Ohio. Over a three-year period with the company, he worked his way up to district manager while consistently winning intracompany honors for his sales performances. Over the next few years, he built upon this success in sales positions with Depuy-Mitek and TNT Publications.
In 2015, Mr. Demming transitioned into the private jet and charter travel industries. He currently leads Patriot Air, a charter jet and transportation logistics company that he founded in 2016. In this position, he draws upon experience gained at Cleveland-based Bigfly Aviation, where he held responsibility for brokering flights and other transportation for high-end clients.
