I have more than 25 years’ experience in QA/QC management with over 8 years in supervisory role manufacturing company and over 17 years as Deputy QC Manager, Snr. Inspection Engineer, QA/QC Engineer, QC Welding Engineer, QC ( Welding, Mechanical, Piping and Structural ) Inspector of Offshore and Onshore Oil & Gas Construction components such as Jacket, CPP Platform, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG pipeline, Shipbuilding and Power Plant Energy.
Directly Assessed and Evaluated the Contractor QA/QC activities during fabrication. Participated in preparing and implementing of surveillance program to assess contractor work progress, ensure and or verify contractor work product are completed meeting project quality levels. The intent of this activity is to recognize critical project stage and activities early enough to put adequate resource in place to identify and address potential quality issues, thus avoiding non conformity and deficiencies and their associated impact on cost and schedule.
