14 years in the IT field, I started as an network administrator and now working as a Technical Architect at Accenture thanks to perseverance, diligence, passion and motivation. Part of Accenture Technology Consulting organisation and specialize in Workplace Transformation. I deliver Citrix and Microsoft technologies to FTSE 100 organisations UK & Ireland wide.
A solid experience in Infrastructure Technology acquired with more than 30+ projects achieved successfully. The experience acquired allowed me to expand my knowledge in different key areas with a focus on design & implement end-to-end solutions with priority on delivering the best user experience, deliver high documentation quality, complex problem solving and project management.
It was a part time work during my studies. I made the support for users, set up and configured workstations. I managed computer equipment, 250 computers (2000), 60 servers (NT4 & 2000) and 60 printers. I trained the users about how to use a computer, business applications or office automation applications.
