About Me
I am currently working as a Food Department Manager at Casino Global Sourcing in Vietnam (Export Department of Big C Vietnam, subsidiary of Casino Group).
I am especially in charge of the sourcing and export of Food and HBA products for our yearly growing partners' portfolio (approx. 15 partners such as Casino Group subsidiaries & external companies in more than 20 countries worldwide), as well as identifying new opportunities of business as levers of growth.

  • In addition to my previous responsibilities, I have also been appointed to:
  • Manage a team of 3 merchandisers in charge of the entire Food portfolio, driven by incentives and budget.
  • Increase and participate in the management of the Department’s profitability.
  • Elaborate the annual budget & incentives.
  • Maintain a continuous Department growth trend, following high achievements in 2014 like a TO growth of +55% vs 2013 (+5.5 MUSD), mainly thanks to a strong development of the external partners business (+0.9 MUSD) and additional frozen food ranges (+2.5 MUSD).
  • Manage a growing portfolio of 15 partners (from Casino Group subsidiaries to external companies) in more than 20 countries in EMEA, SE-Asia and South America.
  • Coordinate the CGS frozen seafood products sales for the entire South East-Asia zone to our main BU (France).
  • Leading monthly business reporting to both country and global managements.
  • Develop new products ranges and extend sourcing in all areas in Vietnam.
  • Prospect and develop business flows with new partners in the World.
  • Coordinate exports with partners Import/ Custom and Supply Chain Departments.
  • Ensure the respect of the quality procedures and monitor the ethics/ social processes in Vietnam.
  • Identify and apply appropriated solutions in case of problems or disputes.
  • Analysis and recommendations:
    • Monitored and analysed key performance indicators of Colgate’s business with Carrefour Group (sales, market shares, etc.) using the distributor panels from third parties data (Nielsen, Datasharing, etc.).
    • Monitored and analysed customer profitability.
  • Operational activities:
    • Created internal sales materials (products & promotional materials) for the sales force team.
    • Created and developed communication tools in order to support the Colgate’s brands within Carrefour Group: recommendations, agency brief, implementation and monitoring of actions.

  • Monitored the Schwarzkopf & Henkel references, implemented the innovations, achieved quantitative and qualitative merchandising goals (improvement of Henkel’s products shares of shelves, etc.).
  • Negotiated and sold promotional operations, and achieved sales incentives (“Opération Barquettes”: second most important operation per year; R/O=180% corresponding to 36,500€ of sales; initial objective=20,462€; 36,500€=40% of the total sales of this operation).
  • Ensured a regular reporting of the business and the sales.

    • Collected, processed and analysed data.
    • Composed the Final Report with recommendations to improve the EM Strasbourg Business School’s communication and image, and to reinforce its strengths in terms of attractiveness and development.
    • Presented the Final Report to the EM Strasbourg Business School’s Director.
