AutoCAD Advanced introduces advanced techniques and teaches how to be proficient in the use of AutoCAD. This is done by teaching how to recognize the best tool for the task, the best way to use that tool, and how to create new tools to accomplish tasks more efficiently.

The objective of AutoCAD/AutoCAD LT Fundamentals is to enable students to create a basic 2D drawing in AutoCAD.

It covers the essential core topics for working with AutoCAD. The teaching strategy is to start with a few basic tools that enable the student to create and edit a simple drawing, and then continue to develop those tools. More advanced tools are introduced throughout the course.

A comprehensive Autodesk AutoCAD course for absolute beginners and experienced CAD users alike.

An introduction to the built environment, this course has Training Programme Approval by the South African Institute of Draughting (SAID).

Skills taught are technical drawing (layout and orthographic projection), basic understanding of construction methods, properties of material use within the built environment, national building regulations, basic design concept development and application, project management skills (task management, client management, milestone tracking, contingency planning), visual representation in 2D and 3D and communication with team members using project plans or specifications.
