About Me

I am dedicated, challenge-loving and organized Strategy & CEMS Master's Degree student at Aalto University School of Business currently completing my Master's Thesis about Mobility as a Service and looking for opportunities to put my knowledge and drive into practice in:

-Management consulting, data analytics and business/brand development positions both in Finland and abroad (full-time).

As a former professional athlete in Rhythmic Gymnastics and member of London 2012 team I have learned to be accountable not only for myself and my goals, but also to successfully work in a team dynamic and engage people to work for a common goal.

Experiences

Worked as a full-time business analyst in the agile digital transformation project (4 months) and completed Master Thesis research about emergence of new business models, case: Mobility as a Service (MaaS).

I helped to design actionable analytics dashboards with the help of Tableau, and to verify P2P Analytics release quality.In addition, two of the biggest projects I completed independently were:1. Creation of a new Analytics MS SharePoint site.2. Creation of new Analytics video tutorials, 26 videos in total (planning, creating and publishing).

Together with my team planned and organized client engagement events as well as carried out biggest engagement and employer branding project of the year. I was personally responsible for social media marketing campaigns and successfully improved the level of engagement in different medias. In addition, at the end of the project I carried out marketing analysis, which provided valuable insights for the managers about effectives of different marketing efforts.

Led all student marketing efforts of the BScBA program to high school students around Finland. Managed a team of 14 members who visited over 100 high schools during school year 2012-2013.

Designed and implemented a broad development plan as well as detailed annual operational plan for gymnasts. One part of the job was to ensure strict discipline and high level of commitment from each gymnast and their learning attitude.

Representing Finland in The World Games, World Championships, European Championships, World Cups, Gran Prix and other International competitions. Best achievements: 25 Finnish Championships, 11 Nordic Championships, 10. th place in World Cup (2010, Canada) and 14. th place in World Games competition(2009, Taiwan). Professional athlete work included a lot of formal representation, performing in corporate occasions and representations in media.
