I am a recent cand.merc.int graduate, Danish and half Ecuadorian with an interest in the interplay between international trade and economic development, focusing on developing countries and emerging markets, especially Latin America. In addition, I find cultural differences, relationships and foreign languages particularly exciting, as in my optics it contributes to greater understanding in trade and to better outcomes for all parties involved.
Responsibilities: Overall advisory support to Danish companies seeking investment opportunities in Mexico and Central America. Preparation of market and sector reports, communication between Danish and Mexican companies, response to ongoing inquiries about the Mexican market, attendance at observers’ level in various meetings and seminars, development and maintenance of the Embassy's website.
Competences: Independency, event planning, organisation of high stakeholder meetings, market and sector report elaboration
Results: Ensuring attendance at high level of enterprise and government, holding crucial business events, clarification of doubt about promise on the Mexican market, which determined investment potential for Danish companies.
