About Me
I developed a great experience (8+ years) within the subject Information Technology specializing in Software Development projects and Quality Assurance. I held different roles in IT projects ranging from Business Analyst, Project Manager through Test Manager to Defect Manager. I can quickly develop a deep and thorough knowledge of the projects the involved systems and the business requirements.

I am a critical thinker with a close attention to detail; also, I am able to share my quality eye with all the project participants with different background and mindset. I am a business developer with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who can build and maintain long lasting relationship with the team members.

From the education part, I have BSc degree in Business Information Technology and I hold two MSc degrees, one from CEMS Masters in Management program (http://www.cems.org/) which is a highly ranked, one year long, MBA program done by the cooperation of leading business schools and universities with multinational companies and NGOs. The other from Business Development. I have various international experience, ranging from China to Chile.

During my work experiences, I recognized that working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment perfectly fits my personality. Taking part in diverse, challenging, international projects revealed my great organizational, presentation, consulting and people management skills and adaptability. My openness, creativity and positive attitude always made me a great value for projects that I was participating in.

  • Functional ownership of the NesTMS (Material Management and ERP) system

    Main responsabilitities:
    • Ensure the functional quality of deliverables produced by the Development Team
    • Gather the customer requirements and validate them form functional point of view during preparation
    • Support the development team in functional input validation and extension if needed
    • Coordinate the development team (8 developers) during the development iterations from fuctional side
    • Definition of testing tasks and supervision of their timely execution
    • Coordination of the testing activities and the testers throuth the various test phases
    • Test reports, defect reports

    Used applications: HP Quality Center, SQL Developer, Microsoft TFS, Microsoft Test Manager
    • Provide early feedback to the development team (team of 8 developers) during the development phase regarding the functional quality of the deliverables
    • Actively take part in the functional validation in various phases of the project
    • Ensure that the functional specifications are aligned with the finally implemented solution
    • Spread the quality view amongst the developers
    • Working as a release manager and testing expert in the project of the SAP based Sirax Revenue accounting
      solution for airlines
    • Acting as a primary test consultant in Customer Testing project, defining new testing conception to be sold
      for airlines as a new service, detailed description of processes from testing point of view
    • Preparing test scenario and schedule, planning the testing of user stories
    • Continuous interaction with the software engineers and the business analyst to broaden QA view
    • Deploying the new versions on various environments and investigating test data requirements
    • Execution of testing and managing the resources needed for testing
    • Planning and coordinating the testing process - as a part of the whole development cycle
    • Creating test plan for different projects, planning and managing the resources needed for testing
    • Managing the vendors' test analysts supporting the testing process
    • Discussing human resources, environment and test data requirements with the dedicated staff
    • Software testing from business side
    • Creating detailed UAT plans, timelines, test scripts and resource requirements
    • Contributing to testing, data analysis in test environments, keeping clear records of test results
    • Communicating issues to application management and conducting post deployment testing;
    • Supporting and coordinating Business Support Team members who were engaged in the UAT
    • In-house on-demand developments in SAP BO BI 3 & 4 (Business Objects Business Intelligence) reporting tool
    • Database investigation (SQL), SAP BO universe enhancements + deployment
    • Developing new BI reports for different business departments according to their needs
    • Enhancing on the old reports to fulfill management level requests
    • Organizing development meetings, demos, and UATs with the business partners, even on site, or remote
