An accomplished executive who has completed more than 35 million square feet in trophy real estate projects, Joyce Storm serves as the president of Storm Partners in New York City. In that role, she guides her firm in investing in and developing retail real estate, as well as providing related advice for financial institutions, hedge funds, private-equity groups, and retailers. Joyce Storm established Storm Partners in 1997 after years of spearheading successful development efforts at other companies.
Outside of her responsibilities at her New York City firm, Joyce Storm regularly shares her professional expertise as a lecturer at leading business schools across the United States. Committed to educating the next generation of real estate professionals, she has served as a regular real estate guest lecturer at Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
Storm particularly prides herself on mentoring young women interested in pursuing a career in real estate. Her dedication to empowering women led to a seat on the Women’s Leadership Board at Harvard Kennedy School.
