Joshua Shuman

A current psychologist in private practice near Dayton, Ohio, Dr. Joshua Shuman began his career as a training supervisor and staff psychologist at Ohio's Miami County Mental Health Center (MCMHC). There, he led behavioral skills groups and provided a comprehensive range of evaluative reports, while also overseeing the performance of students in practicum. Dr. Joshua W. Shuman accepted the additional role of assessment coordinator, a position created for him by his supervisor, through which he tracked and distributed assessment requests from both internal and external sources.

Dr. Josh Shuman went on to serve as Visiting Assistant Professor at the School of Professional Psychology at Wright State University, where he also led as clinical supervisor for the university's Ellis Human Development Institute. There, Dr. Joshua W. Shuman provided supervision for postgraduate students and coordinated compliance of client charts.

Dr. Josh Shuman then served veterans at the Dayton Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio, where he coordinated the administration of the practicum programs and oversaw training of students.

Currently, Dr. Joshua Shuman works as a staff psychologist at Weinstein & Associates, Inc. wherein he provides psychotherapy and psychological assessments to injured workers who have developed mental health conditions as a result of industrial work injuries.
