BNY Mellon - Relationship Manager/Program and Project Manager 2012-2014 Responsibilities: Manage and track multiple programs as a part of BNY’s IT Excellence team, including 75,000 user desktop migrations, site-based IP Telephony migrations and installs, and company-wide Lotus Notes to Outlook migrations. Create buy-in for IT projects from internal lines of business. Manage ongoing relationships between internal lines of business and the IT project team. Report on program progress and metrics to senior management and executives.
