Complaints Resolution within the PPI (Payment Protection Insurance) department investigating mis-sell complaints has been an experience in itself with the changes of process on how to investigate customers accounts having had or even currently have the insurance policy on a customer’s account dealing with insolvency and other forms of debt on a daily basis. All case scenarios whether it be refund of the insurance policy or defending in Capital One favor. I always revolve around looking at the customer’s best interest providing customer care and a positive outcome for all our customers.
Capital One has been a great experience with team building, social events (immersing with fundraising and collaborating with charities) and positive environment for development.
This has helped me define myself in a working environment, having booked hotels and camping lodges for tourists visiting the South of France and enabled me to utilise my language proficiency.
Orienting tourists where to visit and what excursions were most suitable for the client’s query along with what transportation systems to use for how to get where and booking reservations has enabled me to focus on customer care.
