The recipient of a degree in property casualty insurance, Joseph Armato began his career in 1985 as an independent contractor in New York. Over the course of nearly 30 years, Joseph Armato oversaw crew duties at multiple construction sites and specialized in hands-on tasks such as framing, landscaping, and roofing. In addition, he was tasked with managing project budgets, setting schedules, and ensuring a high level of workmanship among crew members.
After earning a real estate broker license, Mr. Armato founded Global Realty Development in 2013. Leveraging his extensive background in construction and his relevant education in real estate, Mr. Armato manages all aspects of the commercial and residential property company and mentors real estate agents to help them build their clientele.
Outside of business, Mr. Armato is a race car driver and a firm believer that racing shares many skills with real estate development and investment, including control, competence, patience, discipline, and situational awareness.
