Detailed Description
Supervising two other interns and leading my own project focused on business development in SMB segment. Planning and developing a new strategy approach to the SMB segment with the stress on guerrilla marketing and social networks. As a project owner also responsible for communication and coordination of the new initiatives with all stakeholders ranging from HPE product managers, through volume distributors, to the smallest partners cooperating with HPE. All in compliance with corporate standards and policies.
As a part of the multinational CEEMEA team responsible for evaluation of different marketing strategies in different cultures, which CEEMEA region contains, I have worked on and significantly improved CEEMEA marketing reporting tool, making it more user-friendly and precise.
Furthermore my work included communicating, analyses, evaluating and estimation of past, current or future marketing strategies with key account and marketing managers of specifics market units in CEMEA region. Later on I also took over a store space management process where I have lead and been responsible for a team of three people tasked with a creation of a tool for measuring the effectiveness of space usage
