  • As a part of the multinational CEEMEA team responsible for evaluation of different marketing strategies in different cultures, which CEEMEA region contains, I have worked on and significantly improved CEEMEA marketing reporting tool, making it more user-friendly and precise.
  • Furthermore my work included communicating, analyses, evaluating and estimation of past, current or future marketing strategies with key account and marketing managers of specifics market units in CEMEA region. Later on I also took over a store space management process where I have lead and been responsible for a team of three people tasked with a creation of a tool for measuring the effectiveness of space usage
