As Director of Commercial and Corporate Card Solutions for Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), Jordan Mitchell was an integral part of a company-wide team responsible for launching a brand new business involving four commercial credit cards and RBC NextLogic, a digital self-service platform.
Jordan Mitchell joined RBC as Manager of Enhanced Performance Management, where he developed pay-for-performance systems in multiple operations areas, which resulted in savings and sustained productivity improvements. Prior to joining RBC, Mr. Mitchell gained business strategy and product management experience with Sears Canada. At Sears, he served as Director of Product Management for In-home Service and Energy Efficiency, prior to which he developed new strategies for Major Appliances and Home Services as Director of Strategy and Business Improvement. He has additional experience as a business analyst and planning manager with Levi Strauss & Co.(Canada) Inc.
Mr. Mitchell has authored a plethora of published case studies focusing on successful enterprises. He has authored over 120 business case studies for undergraduate and MBA courses, for which he won multiple awards, including Best Technology Case from the European Case Clearing House (ECCH) for his study on Apple's iPhone. He holds a Bachelor of Honors Business Administration (HBA) as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Western Ontario's Ivey Business School.
