Based in Sausalito, California, Jonathan Leone is an online entrepreneur with nearly a decade of experience as a Sausalito City Council member. He was first elected to the council in 2006. After a successful re-election campaign, he began his second four-year term in 2010. During his time as a councilman, he served as the city’s mayor in 2009 and 2010. Earlier, Jonathan Leone served six years on the Planning Commission.
Mr. Leone, a graduate of Yale University and former president of the Yale Business Forum, earned his master of business administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. During his time at Dartmouth, he captained the soccer team and played on the hockey team. He continues to stay active through a weekly Bay Area ice hockey league. Jonathan Leone also enjoys following local teams, such as the Golden State Warriors, and coaching his son’s T-ball team.
