I am a versatile project program manager successful in coordinating efforts across organizations and global locations providing solutions to support strategic business objectives with a specialty in software-based projects, new product development, and process improvement efforts.
Currently seeking a new opportunity in project and/or program management while serving as the VP of Finance for the local PMI chapter in a volunteer role.

- Member of a Project Management Office (PMO) engaged with a billable client organization.
- Managed photo print creation desktop software (Kodak Create@Home) configuration and deployment for photo retail and print lab providers.
- As commercialization manager (program manager), was responsible for ensuring all functional areas come together to deliver a final product. This meant working closely with development and testing teams as well as working with the client representatives, service, marketing, and other areas to ensure a successful product delivery from requirements definition through to product delivery.
