I am a versatile project program manager successful in coordinating efforts across organizations and global locations providing solutions to support strategic business objectives with a specialty in software-based projects, new product development, and process improvement efforts.
Currently seeking a new opportunity in project and/or program management while serving as the VP of Finance for the local PMI chapter in a volunteer role.

- Member of an Project Management Office (PMO) engaged with multiple billable client organizations.
- Various project and program management roles:
- Managed a B2C program for a new incident management system to handle services and support calls for consumer products. This involved schedule and communication coordination and status reporting for the business and the supporting IT organization as well as the vendor involved
- Handled several advanced photo book efforts that involved cross business unit coordination, planning and strategy development for a common photo book DNA for user experience and work flow definitions
- Organized and improved several related support projects for the Kodak Photo Kiosk organization. Managed an upgrade effort for remote business management software as well as several content and image quality related projects
- Quickly able to organize and track a set of projects focused on standardization of a B2B sales process across several businesses
- Managed several printer and ink product introduction schedules for new countries and regions as well as working on schedules to reduce packing and shipping costs
