  • As commercialization manager (program manager), was responsible for ensuring all functional areas come together to deliver a final product. This meant working closely with development and testing teams as well as working with the client representatives, service, marketing, and other areas to ensure a successful product delivery from requirements definition through to product delivery.

  • Managed and supervised a team of software development and image science engineers to deliver several versions of an image enhancement and correction library of algorithms (core component of Kodak Perfect Touch).
