Working with key partners, internal and external, to develop RTK Network strategies to enable the sale of high value GPS equipment. Developing business plans for next generation technology rollout. • In 18 months more than tripled acreage covered by RTK corrections, effectively tripling potential market area for high value agricultural GPS guidance systems • Developed effective sales strategies for increasing dealer participation in RTK Networks, more than doubling the participation in the program. Increased OEM dealer participation in the program from zero to 40% of all dealers. • Successfully introduced new GPS and GNSS receivers to the market.
