Active as a NJ children’s apparel consultant, Joel Goldstein has a broad industry background and a proven track record in cultivating clients, meeting deadlines, and increasing sales. Joel Goldstein excels in identifying opportunities in markets not currently being serviced and instilling profit-driven strategies from the ground up. In consulting capacities, he engages closely with the sales and merchandising teams of diverse kids’ companies.
Mr. Goldstein’s past experience includes managing the GBG division Fishman and Tobin as senior vice president of sales. Over a period of 27 years, he was responsible for achieving strategic growth mandates within a company that produces clothing in the boys’ dress and children's school uniform segments. He collaborated with the design and merchandising teams on a daily basis in nurturing a positive sales culture. He managed accounts that generated approximately $50 million in wholesale shipments annually, with sales revenues approaching $200 million.
Joel Goldstein gained early experience with Osh Kosh B’Gosh in the 1980s as sales representative. Successfully maintaining a territory that spanned Western Massachusetts and Connecticut, he achieved President's Club recognition.
