An experienced leader in the restaurant and hospitality industry, Joel Feigenheimer holds an associate of art and science from the State University of New York at Delhi, a bachelor of science in hotel and restaurant management from Cornell University, and a master of business administration from Lynn University. Mr. Feigenheimer is currently pursuing a doctor of business administration at Northcentral University.
During his career, Joel Feigenheimer has held a number of positions, among them director of purchasing for the China Grill Management restaurant group and owner/operator of the high-volume “white tablecloth” restaurant organization Cranberry Bog Companies.
Joel Feigenheimer has taught at Miami’s Florida International University as a full-time instructor since 2009, offering courses on subjects like general restaurant and bar management and menu engineering. He has also testified as an expert witness for both corporate giants and independent operators in various cases dealing with the food and beverage industry. In these cases, he draws upon his industry experience and, when requested, offers testimony regarding such matters as in-house operations and vendor procurement.
