Joanna Manaves has worked for more than two decades building a successful career as an accounting professional and supply chain director through her work in Geneva, Illinois. Laying the groundwork for her future accomplishments, she earned a bachelor’s degree in business and accounting from DeVry University. Subsequently, Joanna Manaves accepted a position as a finance and accounting manager at Production Packaging, Inc., where she oversaw business operations including payroll completion, accounting data evaluation, and expense management. She also worked with the firm’s other departments in an effort to develop new accounting guidelines that would increase their overall functionality.
In 2002, Joanna Manaves played an instrumental role in the consolidation of Production Packaging, Inc., and Peacock Engineering Company (Peacock Foods) where she has since maintained responsibilities as planning and materials management director. Throughout her tenure with the firm, she has accomplished such goals as creating an inventory control system, implementation of MRP system, and capacity planning for five production manufacturing plants. Plus, she has responsibilities in upholding data accuracy within the ERP system.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Joanna Manaves partakes in a wide range of hobbies such as attending live concerts and interior decorating. She enjoys traveling, she has frequently vacationed across the globe but particularly enjoyed her time in the Greek Isles and Scottsdale, Arizona.
