A developer with several entrepreneurial successes to his credit, Jimmy Winemiller has made many profitable transactions in agriculture and residential development. After many years of working, purchasing, and selling farms, Jimmy Winemiller has developed a talent for hands-on management of complex projects.
Following his education in Newport, Arkansas, Winemiller began his career in agriculture. Highlights included his purchase of the 27,000-acre Angelina Plantation farm in Louisiana, which was profitable upon its eventual sale. Winemiller subsequently pursued development opportunities in Martin County, Florida, culminating in ownership of a large vegetable farm near the town of Stuart. Further plans for the farm include adding a subdivision with 250-acre lots along the Intracoastal Waterway.
Winemiller has also brought his skills at maximizing the value of underperforming assets to his residential developments, such as with the Harbor Edge Condominiums in Melbourne, Florida. After the largely completed nine-story building stayed empty for two years, Winemiller took it upon himself to have it cleaned up and finished. Eventually Jimmy Winemiller sold 26 units in 18 months.
