Responsible for the management on reimbursement, modification about commercial assurance for employees
Responsible for contacting and organizing the training
Update staff personal file
Responsible for booking air tickets and hotels for employee business trip
Responsible for taking records on the stationary pick up and place new order for refilling
Responsible for ordering business name card, envelope, and company letter paper
Responsible for other work or project as required or directed
