Manage, develop, and execute Employee Communications within the Latin America and Caribbean region. Daily tasks include: employee newsletters, multimedia content, internal social media, video production, selection and translation of news coverage. -Develop content for internal newsletters for Latin America & Caribbean region. -Collaborate with local communication teams in the region to prepare innovative strategies to boost readership and audience for the newsletter. -Redesigned employee newsletter through implementation of new editorial calendar, improved content, editing and design. -Produce corporate video content and video interview for internal and external communication, including shooting and editing.-Select news coverage from LATAM media and translate from Portuguese and Spanish to English for daily publication in SAP global newsletter. -Prepare monthly reports on LATAM communication activities highlights for global distribution. -Responsible for monthly LATAM news coverage highlights report. -Work with the team on the preparation of the quarterly Executive Communication report.
