Iowa-based professional Jessica Rieper has a varied career history. Holding a bachelor’s in nursing from DMACC/Mercy College of Health Sciences, a bachelor’s in audiology and speech-language pathology from Northern Illinois University, and a bachelor’s in business management and a master's in adult education from the University of Phoenix, her professional background has spanned dozens of sectors. Over the course of more than 15 years, Jessica Rieper has held positions ranging from accountant and HR director to teacher and legal secretary.
Currently, Ms. Rieper is involved in project management for the financial sector. After recently completing a six-month contract as the project manager at Global Atlantic Financial Group in Iowa, she joined her current company Co-op Financial Services. In this capacity, she handles all complex data conversion projects. Prior to these roles, she was a contracted project manager for Q2’s e-banking system and project manager and business operations analyst at Wells Fargo.
In addition to this, Jessica Rieper maintains some variability in her career as a PRN HR manager for Mandarin Grill & Sushi Bar in Des Moines, Iowa. Further, she manages Isaac’s World, LLC, on Facebook, a group dedicated to raising awareness for Autism, and maintains a foodie blog called Central Iowa Foodie.
