For more than a decade, Jerry Marzullo has provided legal representation to public sector employees, unions, and pension boards in and around Berwyn, Illinois. He has been, since 2012, a founding partner of Puchalski Goodloe Marzullo, LLP, in which role he represents both individuals and pension boards in matters ranging from declaratory judgment proceedings to arbitrations and hearings. A member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Jerry Marzullo of Berwyn has also accepted appointment as deputy general counsel for the Illinois Public Pension Fund Association, which he previously served as a board member.

Mr. Marzullo has served on the faculty of Lewis University, having also taught on a part-time basis at Morton Community College. Over the course of his teaching career, he has presented courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels on topics such as public employment labor law, civil liability of police officers, and community planning for fire protection.

A certified fire and arson investigator as well as an advanced technician firefighter, Mr. Marzullo has served as an engineer and Lieutenant with the City of Berwyn Fire Department since 1999. For more than seven years during this period, he also served as president of the city's Firefighters' Pension Fund.
