About Me
I help recruitment businesses develop their greatest asset – Their employees. I work at all levels through training, coaching and business consultancy to help recruitment organisations achieve their strategic objectives.

With a track record of success and delivery as a recruiter and manager I have now specialised in Learning and Development for nearly five years. Unlike the majority of trainers in the recruitment market, I design and deliver bespoke training courses and development programs with a focus on producing results. I also provide excellent levels of post delivery support and work hard with my clients to develop tangible ways of measuring the return on investment.

If you are currently:

• Keen to ensure your current employees are adequately equipped with the right levels of skill to compete in today’s market
• Seeking to increase your market share and improve your current margin levels
• Commencing internal recruitment drives to grow your current teams and want to know what development programs are currently available for either experienced or new starters to the industry
• Considering investing in training though have not conducted a robust Training Needs Analysis to identify the key focus areas

Then feel free to contact me and I would be delighted to give you some advice and show you how I have recently helped other recruitment organisations in the same situation.

  • sf Group are an independently owner managed recruitment business with approximately 120 consultants working across five primary regional offices. As a relatively young business the company experienced very rapid growth in the time I was there. I originally joined as a Regional Manager in Manchester though within my first six months had become the training manager.
  • Sole responsibility for the management of the new starters I ran an experiential residential training academy for five weeks where I would train and coach them using traditional training, roleplay and live telephone work. Primary brief from the directors of the business to make assessments of all trainees on an ongoing basis and only allow those with genuine potential to graduate to the offices.
