ecord Control Administrator providing executive control of NQA records, project-related documents/ databases on multiple nuclear projects, including: VC Summer Nuclear Plant Units 2 & 3 (Safety and Non-Safety Related Scopes), SNC VEGP (Vogtle) Units 3 & 4, William Lee Nuclear Station Site Relocation, Shaw Vogtle NDE Testing.
Nuclear Quality Assurance Training and Experience, such as Project-Specific Introductions, NQAMs, NQAPs, QAPDs, Nuclear Regulatory Commission Regulations (10 CFR), Safety Conscious Work Environment (SCWE), weekly/ monthly Safety Training, preparation and participation in project QA Audits, Surveillance Reports, and Readiness Reviews.
Prepare and compose memoranda, reports, letters, charts, graphs, e-mail correspondence, as well as, perform editorial review, analysis, revision and/ or coordination of necessary revision to project documents/ reports and forms, using standard office equipment, word processing, spreadsheet, and data management applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, D&CS SharePoint, Deltek, Oracle Primavera P6, BST and project shared drives).
Set up and implement systems to process, maintain and track each document’s content, revision, addendum, reference, and related status updates, in accordance to outlined procedure(s), through multi-storage records database formats--hard copy and automated data base file systems--to receive, store, retrieve, and distribute documents, utilizing various data management systems, including: extensive Excel Spreadsheet index logs, Centric, WebCAP, SharePoint, Deltek, client supplied - eRoom Transmittals, and associated project shared drives.
Coordinate with field technicians and project staff to maintain, review and verify daily field summaries and sign-in sheets to record daily time sheets, job/task/org codes, per diem charges and benefit/ leave time for weekly submittal and compiling for the preparation of client and/ or internal reports.
Manage project databases, distribute/ process records, status and related correspondence involving RCN issuance, calculation packages and project reports, lab assignments, chain of custodies, SC-C and SC-E condition reports, deviation requests, RFIs, order entry, M&TE lists and equipment calibrations, controlled documents, work instructions and training receipts, submittal of client/ supplier deliverables, transmittal correspondence and acknowledgements, client-returned document status, in addition to, maintaining all relative project-sensitive report due dates and resubmit dates.
Manage Personnel Qualification Records Database, such as project qualification packages, training, certifications and licensure, ASTM comps, eye tests, supporting documentation per request, confirm renewable dates remain current, track upcoming due dates and coordinate renewals and requirements.
Perform a variety of accounting-related clerical duties, such as check records, establish method(s) to track billing, prepare invoices and vouchers, posts records, prepare and process paperwork necessary for purchase orders, invoice payment, expense reports, utilizing project drives/ network(s), gathered data, MS Office Suite and data management applications.
Compile accurate data and necessary corrective action to prepare contract-deliverable reports and/ or revisions, to client, such as Daily Work Reports, providing comprehensive unit pricing of all contracted employees and labor used on project to corresponding phases, preparing unit rate sheets for equipment and lab testing services to compile in DWRs, and complex analysis to prepare monthly Pay Requisitions and reconcile billed/ non-billed labor and unit price variance.
Perform auditing of documents for various US Department of Energy Hanford Site Contractors processed by the Records and Information Management (RIM) Department staff, in addition to, 100 percent audits of internal employee documents and performance statistics.
Analyze documents for completeness, engineering/ originator/ customer preparation error, RIM Department procedural and release error and verification of proper document control/ records/ storage evolving from hard-copy through work flow, final release and translation of metadata into specified electronic database systems in accordance to extensive regulatory procedures relative to document class, type and contractor/ vendor requirements.
Review procedures and released revised versions for changes in auditing requirements and department processes.
Perform audits and create reports on daily/ weekly/ monthly basis and submit to applicable document control personnel--review and facilitate corrections.
Create weekly graphs and numbers of all documents released into various electronic management systems and track weekly numbers from department staff and combine into reports for Monthly Deliverables.

Implement a more extensive and thorough audit process, improving department accountability, performance, standards and error rates; in addition to, providing statistical data from analysis and tracking systems to contribute in various studies aimed at improving procedures, network performance issues, document release times, frequency and multitude of audit finding variables.
